- Take as many photos as possible & choose the best

Transport
- Find transport to destination and back
- Know exactly where is the place
- Any transport will do
- Make sure there is enough for 20 of us!!
Cleanliness
- Make sure the place is CLEAN!!
- Need more helping hands?? Ask any members and they are ‘willing’ to help
- Bring plastic bags – big black one
Writers
- Assist secretary with proposals & meeting minutes
- WRITE REPORT (this is where all of effort is put into evaluation)
