Game 1

  • Think of a few games to pass time
  • Presentation or anything you have
  • Make sure the game is safe
  • Everyone can play
  • Discuss with Game 2 to prevent similar game
  • Fun, simple
  • Bear own cost

Game 2

  • All of the above (Game 1)

Photographer

  • Take as many photos as possible & choose the best
  • Group photo
  • Photos of every activities
  • Assist writers with pictures
  • Pictures of meeting

Transport

  • Find transport to destination and back
  • Know exactly where is the place
  • Any transport will do
  • Make sure there is enough for 20 of us!!

Cleanliness

  • Make sure the place is CLEAN!!
  • Need more helping hands?? Ask any members and they are ‘willing’ to help
  • Bring plastic bags – big black one

Writers

  • Assist secretary with proposals & meeting minutes
  • WRITE REPORT (this is where all of effort is put into evaluation)
    • 1500 words

    • Times New Roman
    • Double spacing (find out what is it)
    • MUST include
      • Description of purpose of Community service
      • Extent of the project benefited or impacted you & the community
      • Application of moral values & theories(Must be correct)
      • Personal reflections or feedbacks from members
  • Cover page
    • Full name of members
    • Student identification numbers
    • Programme
    • Semester intake
    • Subject title & code
    • Submission date – 11th August 2007
  • Include Photos, discuss with photographer
  • Write everything in
    • From our inaugural meeting till the completion of the project

My aunt knows a place at Jalan Gasing. She says she can handle the food- home cook food. She and her neighbours will cook...so thats settled.
My cousin can do some magic show...that will pass some time.
